The GCISD District Art Show is open now through April 22 at the Grapevine Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB). The community is invited to see works of art by students from every GCISD campus. The show is open the same hours as the Grapevine CVB: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m.–4 p.m.

GCISD residents 65+: Don’t miss our last Gold Card session of the school year: 2 p.m., Wednesday, April 8, at the Administration Building. The card grants free admission to GCISD fine arts and athletic events (excluding playoffs). Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in.

Join us for dress up days this week!

Today, we’re celebrating the birthday of someone incredibly special to our GES family — our beloved former kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Dodd. 💗 Students and staff wore pink today as a simple way to honor her memory and the joy and warmth she brought to our school. Though she passed away in September, her impact continues to be felt every day in our classrooms and in the hearts of those who knew her. Happy Birthday, Mrs. Dodd. We miss you, we love you, and we are grateful for the legacy you left with our GES family. 💕🌸

🎉 Principal & Assistant Principal for the Day! 🎉 Today, GES was in very capable hands thanks to our auction winners, Everly S. and Ellis S.! These two leaders took their jobs seriously—and had a blast doing it! They delivered pies to our teachers 🥧, hosted trivia games over the PA 🎤, and even answered phone calls like true professionals! ☎️ A huge thank-you to Pinch of Salt for donating the gluten-free mini pies, and to Buttermilk Sky for the rest of the delicious treats — all purchased and donated by one very thoughtful little turkey! 🦃💛 Everly and Ellis, you made today extra sweet.
