Tamara Bailey
Welcome to 5th grade at GES! I teach Math and I am looking forward to our adventure together this year! I graduated from Texas A&M (Gig 'Em Ags!) and have been teaching since 1999. I've been married to my husband Brian for 24 years and we have two children. When I'm not teaching, I take our Boxer, Rufus, on walks, read mystery novels, do puzzles, or ride my bike. My family and I also really like movies and our favorites are the Marvel comics movies.
I believe that education is all about instilling curiosity and giving students the opportunity to find the answers. My favorite part of teaching is finding new activities to introduce to my class that will challenge them. I am looking forward to my time with your kiddos this year and am excited about all that they will learn.
